Raffle Prizes

The PS 376 PSA are currently accepting donations for door/raffle prizes to be awarded at our End of Year Jam in June. If your business would like to donate a gift certificate or item for our prizes, please complete the form below.

Monetary Gift

P.S. 376 PSA has partnered with the fiscal sponsor, Open Collective to obtain 501(c)(3) status so monetary donations are now tax-deductible when submitted through their platform. Full disclosure: The sponsor receives 15% of all funds.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

The PSA requests a donation of a minimum of $5 for annual dues from members.* Feel free to donate more if you can. 

These funds go toward providing fun events for our community, as well as for school enrichment and needs like art/music programs or extra technology. Our first goal is to raise $1,000 to be able to continue funding events and avoid accruing bank fees.


Ways to Make a Donation:

  • Cash/Check - Return this slip with payment with your child.
    Checks/Money Orders should be made out to: PSA of P.S. 376
